Training schedules?
A big concern in our industry is the number of hours we need to set aside for training on an ERP.
As a company with 370 staff, each of whose time is carefully managed – how much time can you recommend setting aside, per staff member, for training? Is there a big variation in the amount of hours needed depending on seniority etc?
