As an importer of packaged food goods we rely on our technology to manage our supply chains. We need to upgrade our old systems and replace them with a single product. We think ERP is for us, but before we go to an RFP process we want some benchmark figures on how long a successful ERP implementation, for approx 180 users, will take?
