Robert Lockard is a copywriter for Fishbowl, the makers of Fishbowl Inventory, an inventory management solution for small and midsize businesses. Robert lives in Orem, Utah with his wife and their two children. His favorite hobbies include writing (of course), reading, running, and biking.

Craig Hogan is the Area Managing Director for ePartners’ central region. In providing executive leadership, he ensures the central region consulting team is delivering quality service to ePartners’ clients.

Craig previously managed the Microsoft Dynamics SL and AX programs as National Practice Director for a different Microsoft business solution provider. He has worked as a project manager and an analyst with Bentley Systems and Häagen Dazs. His 10+ years as a consultant are complemented by his certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP).

Craig holds a Master’s degree from Villanova University in Villanova, PA and a BA, Accounting from Bethany College in Bethany, WV. He has a certificate from the Boston University Corporate Education program in Business Process Management.

As the Director of Business Development at ePartners, Graham Leitch injects strategic thinking, development initiatives and thought leadership into their Cloud Computing, CRM and Business Intelligence practices.

Graham has been in the industry for more than a decade and with ePartners since 2004. As part of the team that built the UK practice of ePartners, his deep experience in managing technical services and professional services organizations proved invaluable. Before joining ePartners, Graham was manager of technical services with Sage Group Plc.

Graham is a St. Augustine, Trinidad School of Accounting & Management alumni and a member of the Association of Business Executives. He is based at ePartners’ Houston, Texas location.

As General Manager of Sherwood Systems, Pauline juggles many roles daily while keeping the entire team – employees, owners and particularly the customers – happy. She has been with Sherwood for nearly 20 years and her extensive experience, knowledge and easy-going personality are evident in her management and leadership style.

Pauline leads the development, implementation and support teams at Sherwood, while managing and overseeing all marketing and sales activities. She manages Customer Sales and is Sherwood’s point of contact with Microsoft. Sherwood’s growth and success over the years are a great testament to Pauline's personality and management skills.

She started out in the legal software industry as a receptionist and worked her way up through various posts – customer service, sales, consulting and quality assurance testing – to become customer support manager. Pauline has also worked with a Washington, DC law firm as an independent consultant. Prior to joining Sherwood, Pauline was the Quality Assurance Manager for a mortgage software provider.

With two kids at college, Pauline and her husband are now empty-nesters, leaving Pauline time for trying out new recipes, scrapbooking, week-end trips to Vegas and spending time with family, friends and her beloved Boston Terriers.

As Account Executive at Sherwood Systems, Ed loves working with new industries and getting a firm grip on their business needs to put together the right business management solution.

Ed has worked in software sales for the past 12 years and prides himself on his well-honed ability to understand a client’s needs and develop a vision that helps them achieve their goals. His approach resonates with businesses and gets results – he received an award for the most sales in the Western Region, Quarter 2, July-December 2009 from Microsoft.

Prior to joining Sherwood Systems in 2006, Ed worked in software sales specific to the book publishing industry. He is active with the Arizona Small Business Association and with various local LinkedIn organizations.

Jeff is Chief Financial Officer of BroadPoint Technologies, injecting his wealth of experience gained in various industries into translating client profitability into success for BroadPoint.

Jeff particularly enjoys working and connecting with entrepreneurs and draws deep satisfaction from helping others succeed. He is a strong believer in sharing not only his successes but also his failures as part of the learning process in mentoring the next generation of executives.

In the software and services industry since 1996, Jeff has also worked in manufacturing, financial services, marketing, distribution and retail vertical industries. Over the course of his career, he has held executive positions – COO and CFO – with four different companies.  Jeff has been recognized as part of Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year Programs through awards presented to two companies he held positions with and by CFO Magazine as a leader in Y2K preparedness.

Jeff is on the Board of Directors of Capital Public Charter School, an award-winning charter school in Northwest Washington, DC that was fortunate enough to have been visited by President and Mrs. Obama. He is also active with various alumni organizations at his alma mater, Westminster College in New Wilmington, PA.

Todd is Senior Vice President and General Manager, Federal Practice at BroadPoint Technologies where he exercises his talent and love for assembling and developing project delivery teams.

He brings to BroadPoint a service-forward approach to customer engagement developed over his years working in the hospitality industry. Todd finds great satisfaction in strategizing and analyzing business processes together with clients and then building the right team to implement and support their solution.

In the industry for 24 years, Todd has developed a reputation as a trustworthy and approachable leader who is constantly seeking innovative ways to accomplish his and his clients’ goals. He aims to foster a dynamic, positive and engaging work environment.

Todd is Treasurer of the DC Chapter of the International Association of Microsoft Channel Partners (IAMPC). He gives back to the community as a volunteer with the Washington National Cathedral Literacy Program and a math instructor at the Academy of Hope.

As CEO & Sales Manager for Business Solution Partners (BSP), David injects a passion for helping business owners and senior executives solve problems and streamline their operations. David’s skills in business-process automation, internal controls, business analysis and systems design have been honed over 28 years in the industry.

David is responsible for setting BSP’s strategic direction and ensuring that the company continually meets the ever-changing needs of its clients. In his day-to-day activities, David provides strategic planning and visioning services to clients, helps establish relationships with strategic partners and guides development of internal methodologies. He also holds certifications in Microsoft Dynamics GP, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Microsoft Office Server (MOSS) and NetSuite.

An industry veteran, in 1992 David founded Total Business Solutions —a predecessor to Business Solution Partners —which specialized in software selection and implementation services. David began as the company’s primary technical specialist, then became a project manager and eventually assumed the leadership role he holds today.

A 1984 graduate of Adelphi University with degrees in Accounting and Computer Science, David began his professional career at Deloitte & Touche as a CPA on the audit team and later developed the small business computer consulting practice for Deloitte’s Long Island office.

As Vice President of U.S. Sales at ePartners, Kevin manages organizing national sales and oversees business development strategies with a keen eye to connecting people, process and progress.

His solid leadership skills are backed by extensive experience with the Microsoft Dynamics channel. Before joining ePartners, Kevin was director of sales for a Dynamics Partner, where over seven years, his team consistently achieved growth in the double digits.

Kevin holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Villanova University and is a die-hard fan of his alma mater’s basketball team.

As Vice President of Technology Services at ePartners, Brian ensures his team of solution architects, software developers and IT specialists successfully create and implement systems that connect their clients’ people, processes and progress.

Brian has a decade of experience implementing Microsoft technologies for businesses from small to large across a variety of industries. He has also served as National Practice Developer for Business Intelligence at ePartners. Previously Brian was a partner at an IT consulting firm, implementing enterprise-level solutions for a number of industries and a certified trainer for several Microsoft solutions.

Brian holds an MSc in Accounting/Information Systems from Middle Tennessee State University and completed his undergraduate degree in Business Administration and Computer Information Systems at Trevecca University.
