Hersch is East Region Director of Socius, a software consulting firm founded on the philosophy of establishing strong, long-term customer relationships.

With more than 10 years of consulting experience in business management, applications and technology, Hersch has an in-depth understanding of business strategy, business development and system control design. His experience includes having traveled internationally to implement Sarbanes-Oxley controls for a Fortune 500 company.

At Socius, Hersch specializes in formulating and executing projects with an eye to reducing his clients’ costs while boosting their revenue and productivity. A particularly noteworthy success was developing and implementing a new solution that allowed a client to realize over $3.5-million cost savings.

Hersch is active in the community as Chair of Xavier University’s Accountancy Advisory Board’s Technology Subcommittee and as a member of the Board for the Hearing Speech & Deaf Center of Greater Cincinnati.
